Property Preservation Work-Order Processor Needed

Property preservation work-order processing - paid test batch (10 orders), ongoing role for the right person.

We are a new US property preservation vendor company (Ohio first) building a remote back office. We need an experienced processor/bid writer who has personally submitted work orders in national portals (Safeguard SafeView, MCS Vendor360, Cyprexx, A2Z, NFR, Guardian or similar).

Test batch scope (10 sample orders):
- Review field photos and documents, flag missing/failed photos
- Write bids with correct line items and pricing (RepairBase/XactPRM or HUD allowables)
- Prepare invoices and completion updates in PPW format
- Note any chargeback risks you see
