I am Sourabh, the founder of Websmake Agency. We specialize in building fully automated Voice AI Call Centers exclusively for property management firms.

I am reaching out because I am looking for a well-connected sales partner with an existing network of midsize property management firms (handling 500 to 2,000 units).

The Offer:

Product Pricing: Our AI call center builds start at $15,000 + $499/month for maintenance.

Your Commission: $2,500 flat for every deal you close.

The Goal: I have a strict 25-day window to close 6 to10 new clients. I know this is an aggressive target, which is why I need someone with a warm, ready-to-pitch network.

How We Work Together:

Your Role: Leverage your network, pitch the client, close the deal, and secure the payment.

My Role: I handle 100% of the technical execution—from building the AI architecture to final shipment and maintenance.
