Property Management & Maintenance Web Platform

I need a web platform that lets me list my rental properties publicly while giving tenants a secure portal for everything that comes after they move in. Prospective renters should be able to browse units, filter by key details, and submit an enquiry. Once approved, a tenant can register, create a profile and view or download their signed lease at any time.

For day-to-day operations I also want a built-in maintenance centre: tenants submit a request through a simple form, the ticket is saved with an ID, and both they and I can track status changes. Each update—new comment, assignment, completion—triggers an automatic email or in-app notification so nobody has to chase information.

An admin dashboard must let me:
• create, edit and archive property listings
• manage tenant profiles and upload lease PDFs
• view all open maintenance tickets in one queue and change their status

I’m flexible on tech—Laravel, Node, React, even a well-structured WordPress build are fine—so long as the code is clean, responsive and easy for another developer to pick up later. Data security and basic GDPR compliance are a must.

Deliverables
1. Deployed website on my hosting (staging and live)
2. Full source code with clear installation instructions
3. Short hand-over call or video showing how to add a listing, attach a lease and close a maintenance ticket
