I have a short-notice assignment for someone who is physically in the United States and able to pick up the phone right away. I will hand you about ten contact numbers of a management companies that handles rentals and I will give you an address of a house you "want to buy". You simply play the role of a prospective buyer who wants the firm to manage the property once it is purchased.
Your only goal on each call is to gather clear, conversational answers on what they charge, what those fees cover, and any onboarding or contract terms they consider standard. Please sound natural—never hint that you are conducting a survey—and keep the chat focused on their service packages for a single home.
The numbers can be worked through in roughly two to three hours, and I need your call notes back—brief but complete—no later than 6 p.m. New York time today. I will give you the online survey link with all the questions (you will put the answers there).
If you are located in the U.S. and can start immediately, message me and I will forward the property address and a quick calling script to help you open the conversation.
