Property Deals & Investment App

I’m building a mobile platform that lets home-buyers strike direct deals with reputable builders (and, when needed, their brokers) while also giving those same buyers a simple way to invest capital in vetted property projects. The product must run natively on both iOS and Android, share one code-base where practical, and feel equally polished on each store.

Core workflow
• Buyers browse or search new-build projects, open a deal room with the builder, exchange terms, lock in an offer, and receive instant status updates.
• Inside a separate “Invest” tab, the buyer can view live opportunities, study projected returns, commit funds, and track performance in an intuitive dashboard.

Key expectations
• Smooth real-time chat or messaging, deal status tracking, and secure document e-sign.
• KYC/AML compliant onboarding and a payment gateway that covers deposits as well as investment tranches.
• Builder and broker profiles with ratings; brokers appear only where the builder opts in so the interface stays buyer-centric.
• A lightweight admin panel for property and investment listing approval, dispute handling, and analytics.
