I need two distinct 3 ft × 6 ft artworks that will advertise a real-estate property on site hoardings and standees. Because these pieces go straight to press, they must arrive as high-resolution, CMYK, print-ready files with proper bleed, trim, and safe zones already set.

The core message is Property Advertisement. I’ll share some colour and concept ideas, yet I don’t have fixed brand guidelines, so you will have freedom to refine the palette, typography, and overall look while keeping the work professional and buyer-focused. Experience with large-format design and a solid grasp of how printers handle files is essential—you should be comfortable setting up artwork in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop, checking resolution, outlining fonts, embedding/packaging images, and delivering press-quality PDFs.
