Proofread PDF Report Convert to Excel

I have a multi-page business report in PDF that needs a thorough once-over for basic language accuracy and, most importantly, to be rebuilt as a fully editable Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Here is what I expect:
• Every sentence, heading, table entry, and footnote is transferred into Excel, with the text corrected for spelling, grammar, and punctuation along the way.
• The original structure—sections, table columns, and any sub-totals—should be recreated so I can sort or filter the data later without losing context.
• No styling extravagance is necessary, but please mirror the original layout closely enough that I can recognise each section at a glance.
• Final file: one clean .xlsx workbook, ready for further analysis, with zero typos or data omissions.

If you normally track changes, add a second sheet summarising what you fixed; otherwise, accuracy in the main sheet is fine.
