At this stage I’m still weighing options—everything from development and design to written content is on the table—so I’m looking for an experienced freelancer who can listen, ask the right questions, and translate my goals into a concise project plan.

Here’s what I’d like from you: a short consultation to map out requirements, followed by a written outline that breaks down recommended tasks, timelines, and any assumptions you make. If we’re a good fit, we can move straight from planning into execution under a separate agreement.
