I need a small standalone simulator that runs smoothly on Windows and mirrors the core behaviour of a typical project-management suite. The focus is on three areas—task scheduling, team collaboration, and resource allocation.

The end result should let me click through realistic screens, enter sample data, and see the same workflow logic I would expect in a full product, but without any connection to real servers or a live database. It does not have to be production-ready code; a polished mock-interactive prototype is fine as long as:

• Task scheduling accepts dates, durations, dependencies, and produces a visual timeline or Gantt-style output.
• Team collaboration lets multiple dummy users post comments or updates on tasks in a shared feed.
• Resource allocation tracks available hours against tasks and flags overallocation.

I am comfortable with any development stack that compiles or installs easily on modern Windows 10/11 machines and does not require paid third-party licences. Source files and a brief read-me explaining setup, controls, and any limitations will complete the delivery.
