I need help keeping our online sales database current. Each weekday I export the latest transaction report from our e-commerce platforms and require every field—order number, SKU, customer ID, quantities, totals, payment and shipping status—entered into the cloud-based system we use for internal dashboards.

Your work is strictly data entry; no email handling or calendar work is involved. Accuracy matters because leadership relies on these figures for daily revenue snapshots, so I expect you to double-check each record, spot obvious anomalies and flag anything that looks off. A Loom walk-through, written checklist and login credentials will be provided on day one.

Turnaround: I post the file by 10 a.m. GMT; I need it fully entered and confirmed the same business day.

Preferred experience and tools
• Comfortable navigating web databases or CRMs (ours feels similar to Salesforce).
• Able to cross-reference an occasional CSV in Google Sheets or Excel when something doesn’t line up.
• Reliable internet connection and a habit of meticulous, error-free typing.

Deliverable
An up-to-date online sales database with zero entry mistakes and a short confirmation note at completion each day.
