I’m moving forward with the next round of web development work we discussed. You already have access to the current codebase, so the focus now is on refining and extending what’s there rather than starting from scratch.

First, I need the new homepage and two inner pages built exactly to the Figma specs we shared, keeping everything responsive all the way down to small-screen mobile. While you’re at it, please refactor the common header and footer into a single include so future edits stay consistent site-wide.

Performance is also a priority: compress and properly size images, minify assets, and aim for a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop. Once that’s in place, set up basic on-page SEO—meta tags, Open Graph data, sitemap.xml, and robots.txt—so we’re ready for launch.

Push all changes to the Git repo with clear, descriptive commit messages, and test thoroughly in the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari releases before sending the final hand-off. Ping me on Slack if anything is unclear so we can keep the momentum.
