Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. This is a detail-oriented coordination and administrative role responsible for supporting the successful planning, organization, tracking, and execution of multiple client and internal projects.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, internal Atlas Technica teams, clients, vendors, and partners to maintain project schedules, documentation, meetings, procurement activities, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to grow their project management knowledge while becoming increasingly independent in the ownership and completion of assigned tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain project schedules, milestones, work hours, budgets, action items, and other project-related information across multiple projects

Provide accurate and timely project updates to Project Managers and other stakeholders, escalating potential risks, delays, or concerns when identified

Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up

Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including reports, invoices, contracts, project records, and supporting materials

Coordinate project logistics and administrative activities to help ensure deadlines and project requirements are met

Partner cross-functionally with Atlas Technica teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to support successful project delivery

Coordinate with vendors and partners on the procurement of hardware, software, and services for client and internal needs

Track assigned tasks through completion, proactively communicate status, and take increasing ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision

Identify recurring project needs, risks, process gaps, or opportunities for improvement and raise them appropriately

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management team and across Atlas Technica

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, operations, administration, or a related environment; this is an entry-level to early-career opportunity

Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a remote, cross-functional team

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

Basic understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, workflows, and terminology

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to recognize when additional information or support is needed

Demonstrated willingness to learn, ask thoughtful questions, take ownership, and grow increasingly independent over time

Desirable Qualities:

Previous experience supporting technology, IT, professional services, or client-facing projects

Experience working with project management, ticketing, procurement, or collaboration platforms

Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent relevant experience

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Ability to proactively identify what information is known, what is missing, and when clarification or escalation is needed

Comfortable supporting priorities outside of traditional project coordination responsibilities when needed to help the broader team succeed

Positive, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
