Professional WordPress Site for Nutrition Institute -- 2

PROJECT OVERVIEW

I own nina.institute, Hostinger hosting, and Microsoft 365 email.

I need an experienced WordPress/Elementor developer to build a classic, professional, modern, clean and easy-to-manage website for NINA Institute, focused on nutrition education, courses and workshops.

I want a simple course-focused experience similar in clarity and course presentation to professional training websites such as Plan At B. This is only a reference for simplicity and structure. Do not copy their design or content. I want an original NINA design and branding.

Basic online payment integration for course/workshop registration using an agreed Indian payment gateway such as Razorpay or another suitable gateway.

The payment account must be owned by me. Freelancer should configure the integration but must not create the payment account under their personal email.

Gateway/transaction fees are separate from development cost.

I am not asking for unlimited copywriting. Basic formatting and placement of the content I provide is expected.

Student learning materials such as complete PDFs, videos, assignments and quizzes are NOT required in Phase 1. Phase 1 only needs to present the course information and curriculum professionally.

18. OWNERSHIP – VERY IMPORTANT

The website must be developed directly on my existing Hostinger account and nina.institute domain.

I retain 100% ownership/control of:

The permanent website must not be hosted on freelancer-owned hosting.

No essential account should be created under the freelancer's personal email.

Any paid theme/plugin must be disclosed before installation, including name, cost, recurring/one-time fee, license owner and transferability.

No nulled/cracked themes or plugins.

19. HANDOVER + TRAINING

After completion, I require 1–2 hours of live screen-sharing training covering:

No critical responsive/mobile issues remain.
