## Professional Video Editor Needed – Teacher Testimonial & Social Media Ads

We are American Teachers Alliance (ATA), a national educator association seeking an experienced video editor to produce a compelling, professional member testimonial and promotional advertisement. Our website is americanteachers.me.

We have approximately **23 minutes of interview footage** featuring a retired teacher who experienced a serious professional challenge and received legal and personal support through our association.

**We have already prepared a detailed editing guide with timestamps identifying the strongest interview segments.** We will provide the original footage, timestamped cut sheet, official ATA logo, website information, and branding instructions.

Our primary goal is to create an authentic, emotionally engaging video that inspires **trust, reassurance, and confidence** in American Teachers Alliance.

### Deliverables

- One 75–90-second testimonial video (16:9 widescreen).
- One 30-second promotional advertisement (16:9 widescreen).
- One vertical 9:16 version of the 30-second advertisement for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- High-quality MP4 files (1080p minimum, H.264).
- Editable project files.

### Editing Requirements

- **Compelling storytelling:** Arrange the selected interview excerpts into a cohesive narrative that highlights the teacher's challenge, ATA's support, and the positive outcome.
- **Professional close-ups:** Use tasteful digital zooms, reframing, and close-ups of the interviewee's face during important emotional statements. These should appear natural, without excessive movement or loss of image quality.
- **Stylized captions with subtle animations:** Clean, readable captions using white text with selective emphasis in ATA's red and navy brand colors. No flashy or distracting animations.
- **Audio enhancement:** Improve voice clarity, reduce background noise, and maintain consistent audio levels.
- **Background music:** Incorporate subtle, professionally appropriate music that supports the emotional tone without overpowering the interview. Music must be licensed for commercial advertising.
- **Professional transitions:** Smoothly connect excerpts while minimizing distracting jump cuts.
- **ATA branding:** Incorporate our official logo, website, and a strong closing membership call to action.
- **Authenticity:** Preserve the interviewee's actual statements, natural expressions, and emotional delivery. No AI-generated voiceovers, fabricated reactions, or misleading edits.
- **Revisions:** Include two rounds of reasonable revisions.

### Preferred Experience

We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience editing:

- Professional testimonials and interviews
- Nonprofit or organizational promotional videos
- Social media video advertisements
- Emotionally engaging, story-driven content

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro are acceptable.

### Budget and Timeline

**Budget: $150–$250 fixed price**, depending on experience and portfolio.

Please provide:

1. Links to two or three examples of testimonial or interview videos you have edited.
2. Your fixed-price quote for all three deliverables.
3. Your estimated turnaround time for the first draft and final delivery.
4. Confirmation that you can create professional digital close-ups and stylized captions.
5. Confirmation that two revision rounds and editable project files are included.

We would like to review and approve the main 75–90-second testimonial before the shorter advertisements are finalized.

We are looking for a polished, professional result that conveys the importance of educator protection and demonstrates the value of American Teachers Alliance.

We look forward to reviewing your proposals!
