Professional US Developer for Collaboration

I am looking to build a professional relationship with a skilled developer based in the United States.
I currently work independently on software development and AI-related projects and have experience with multiple online platforms that provide opportunities in this field. I have also identified additional platforms and projects that have eligibility requirements limited to US-based developers.
The US developer does not need to perform any work on the projects, and no AI or specialized AI-training experience is required. The main requirement is having a genuine professional developer background and an established developer profile.
