Professional Short-Form Video Editor — Motion Graphics & Storytelling

You’ll be the dedicated editor turning our raw footage into thumb-stopping Instagram Reels built around high-retention cinematic storytelling and personal-brand content. Each month you will own the entire post-production pipeline—motion graphics, professional colour grading, text animation and typography, SFX / sound design, tasteful VFX & transitions, plus razor-sharp pacing that keeps viewers watching to the very last second.

The work is 100 % short-form, optimised for Instagram, so creative judgement matters more than simply dropping presets on a timeline. I need someone who understands story beats, knows when to cut for emotion or humour, and can add subtle visual flourishes without overwhelming the narrative.

Key details
• Long-term, full-month commitment with salary starting at ₹15 000 for the first month; performance, consistency and quality can raise this to ₹30 000.
• You’ll collaborate directly with me, delivering finished Reels in the correct aspect ratios, codecs and bitrates, ready for upload.
• Preferred toolset is Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve or capcut if that’s where you excel).

Acceptance criteria for every Reel
1. Engaging hook in the first 3 seconds.
2. Cohesive story arc with seamless pacing; no dead frames.
3. Cinematic colour grade that fits the brand palette.
4. Clean, on-brand typography with dynamic text animation.
5. Layered SFX and balanced mix; loudness normalized for mobile.
6. Final export delivered in both 1080 × 1920 MP4 (H.264) and project file.
