Professional Portfolio Website Build

I am TOTENDRA Y AGNI, currently in the 5th semester of my B.A. (Optional English, Political Science, Sociology) and a certified six-month computer‐course graduate with Tally. To strengthen my applications for office and data-entry positions, I want a modern, mobile-first personal portfolio that presents my background clearly and lets recruiters download my resume in one click.

The site needs six core sections—Home, About Me, Education, Skills, Resume, and Contact—coded in clean HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Within those pages you will:

• Highlight my academic progress and career objectives.
• Showcase my computer skills, especially Tally proficiency.
• Offer a downloadable PDF résumé.
• Display my phone number, email address, and home city in the contact area.

Responsiveness is crucial: the layout must feel seamless on Android phones, tablets, and desktop browsers. Once the build is complete, guide me through publishing the site on a reliable free-hosting platform so I can share a live link with employers.
