Professional Headshot Editing

I’m looking for an experienced photo editor to professionally retouch one headshot while keeping the final result natural and realistic.

The photo is already usable, so I’m not looking for major changes or an AI-generated appearance. I mainly want subtle, high-quality retouching that makes it look like the best version of the original photograph.

Edits needed:

Natural skin retouching and minor blemish removal
Color and lighting correction
Hair retouching, especially reducing the sweaty/wet appearance of the bangs, smoothing frizz/flyaways, and making the hair look more polished
Minor overall cleanup suitable for a professional headshot

It’s important that my facial features, hairline, and overall appearance remain recognizably mine. Please avoid excessive skin smoothing, facial reshaping, or anything that gives the image an AI-generated or heavily filtered look.
