Professional Clinic Folder Design

I need a patient file folder designed for daily use in our clinic. The piece has to look unmistakably medical and highly professional—clean typography, restrained colours, and clear space for patient identifiers. Although the immediate need is a sturdy paper folder, I would like the layout built so it can be repurposed later as a digital template without starting from scratch.

Once we begin I’ll supply our logo, colour palette and any copy. Your job is to translate that branding into a polished, production-ready folder that prints perfectly on the die-line our printer provides. Think subtle medical icons, calm blues or greens, nothing flashy.

Deliverables
• Print-ready CMYK PDF with bleed and cutter guides
• Editable source file in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
• Simple mock-ups showing the folder closed and open

Acceptance criteria
The file must match the exact die-line size, respect the brand colours I provide, and leave clearly marked zones for labels and patient details. All fonts should be outlined or packaged.
