What I need from you

• Voice-over or on-camera recording in a clean, well-lit setting with crisp audio.
• Simple edits: intro/outro bumper, lower thirds for key points, and light background music that does not overpower the narration.
• Final delivery in 1080p MP4 plus source project files so I can re-edit later if needed.

Friendly, confident, and straightforward—imagine you are the mentor everyone wishes they had at work. Avoid corporate jargon; aim for clarity and usefulness. Where relevant, weave in real-world anecdotes or quick exercises the viewer can try immediately.

Volume & timeline
I’d like to start with three videos to test audience response, then expand to a longer series if all goes well. First batch should be ready within two weeks of kickoff.
