Professional Career Path Presentation

I’m putting together a slide deck that clearly explains the career-path options available inside our organisation and I want every new employee to leave the session knowing exactly how they can grow here. I already have rough talking points and an outline; what I need from you is a polished, professional and sleek presentation that translates those notes into a compelling visual story.

Here’s what matters most:
• Content order should flow from an overview of our talent framework, through each role tier and its expectations, ending with the resources people can tap to progress.
• Visual style must stay sharp—clean typography, balanced white space, on-brand colour palette, and subtle motion or transitions where they add clarity.
• Data or hierarchy visuals (timelines, career ladders, simple infographics) should be built natively in PowerPoint or Google Slides so my team can tweak text later without external software.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully editable slide file (PPTX or Google Slides) and exported PDF.
2. Consistent master layouts and colour/theme variables defined.
3. All graphics either created from scratch or sourced licence-free and documented.
4. Delivery within the agreed timeline, allowing one round of revisions after I review.
