I am looking for an experienced developer to build a professional audit reference website. All content, the website structure, and visual mockups are ready. I need someone to implement them accurately and deliver a complete, polished website.
The website will include a homepage and three main sections:
1. IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
2. COSO Framework.
3. Audit Tools — reference content displayed directly within the website.
Key Requirements:
* Follow my supplied designs using an elegant dark navy and gold theme.
* Organize the content into clear pages with expandable sidebar navigation for domains, principles, standards, and subsections, as applicable.
* Include fast, accurate search across the website’s content only, with no external or AI search.
* Display all supplied content directly on the website, with no document download feature.
* Maintain consistent fonts, colours, spacing, numbering, and heading styles throughout.
* Ensure the website works smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
* Make future content updates
Deliverables:
* A complete website with all supplied content uploaded and correctly formatted.
* Fully tested navigation, search, links, and responsive layouts.
* Deployment, full source code, and a brief handover explaining how to maintain and update the website.
Budget: USD 300 fixed for the complete project.
