About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Product Research & Sourcing Executive who can identify high-potential, trending, and profitable products across India and manage the complete product sourcing process from research to store delivery.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Daily Product Research**

- Research new and trending products across all categories in India.
- Identify winning products with high demand and strong sales potential.
- Research products trending on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Instagram, YouTube, and other marketplaces.
- Analyze product demand, competition, selling prices, customer reviews, and profit margins.
- Identify products suitable for our business and customer base.

**2. Manufacturer & Supplier Research**

- Find genuine manufacturers, factories, and wholesale suppliers across India.
- Contact manufacturers directly through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Collect product catalogues, quotations, specifications, and videos.
- Negotiate the best manufacturing and wholesale prices.
- Verify supplier credibility and product quality.

**3. End-to-End Product Procurement**

- Coordinate samples and product testing.
- Finalize product selection and purchase pricing.
- Negotiate minimum order quantities and payment terms.
- Arrange transportation from manufacturers to our Bangalore store.
- Track orders until products are received at our store.
- Maintain supplier and product databases.

**4. Product Profitability Analysis**

- Calculate total landed cost, including transportation and packaging.
- Estimate selling price, marketplace competition, and profit margins.
- Recommend only products with strong commercial potential.

**5. Daily Reporting**

- Submit daily product research reports.
- Maintain a list of new products, manufacturers, prices, and estimated margins.
- Track sourcing progress and pending supplier discussions.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong research and communication skills.
- Experience in product sourcing, procurement, trading, or e-commerce preferred.
- Ability to identify profitable products and market opportunities.
- Comfortable speaking with manufacturers and negotiating prices.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
