Product Prototype 3D Model Creation

I have a physical product in development and now need a clean, manufacture-ready 3D model. The file has to serve as the definitive prototype reference for tooling, so dimensional accuracy and watertight geometry are essential.

I will supply sketches, reference photos, basic measurements, and functional notes; you turn that into a parametric CAD file (preferably STEP or IGES) along with a shaded render so I can visually confirm details before we lock the design for production. If you work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar professional software, just let me know—any mainstream, industry-standard package is fine as long as the output imports smoothly at the factory.

When you respond, focus on the relevant product-prototype experience you’ve had: show me a couple of examples that actually went to manufacturing and mention any materials, tolerances, or DFM adjustments you handled. A concise message that highlights this experience is all I need; no lengthy generic proposals.

Deliverable acceptance criteria
• Precise, fully parametric 3D model that passes native CAD validation checks
• Exported STEP/IGES file with no open surfaces or missing features
• One high-resolution shaded render from two key angles for visual sign-off
