Product Manager wanted for an established SaaS platform with active clients — CRM, Fundraising, and Marketing modules.
The product is fully developed and in production with a real customer base. We're bringing on a design-led Product Manager to own where it goes next: deepening the experience, prioritising the roadmap, and turning customer insight into shipped improvements.
Who I'm looking for
You started in design, developed strong UX instincts, and grew into full product ownership. You're as comfortable in Figma as you are writing acceptance criteria. You've owned SaaS products with real users — ideally in CRM, fundraising, or marketing. ERP or HR experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Scope of work
Assess the current product against how clients actually use it and identify the highest-leverage improvements
Build a phased roadmap balancing near-term customer value with longer strategic bets
Own discovery — client interviews, journey mapping, and prototyping to validate changes before we build
Redesign priority flows in Figma and convert them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for our engineering team
Partner with marketing and fundraising stakeholders so releases support campaigns and revenue goals
Build out analytics dashboards so activation, engagement, and retention are visible and actionable
First-phase deliverables
Product and UX assessment with prioritised recommendations
90-day roadmap in fortnightly milestones
Clickable prototypes for the redesigned CRM and Fundraising flows
Prioritised, engineering-ready backlog
