ThreatDown is looking for..
We are looking for a product manager to own the Detection & Response product areas. This role focuses on translating customer security workflows and threat scenarios into clear product requirements and delivery priorities. This role is responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing work, and shaping short- and medium-term direction based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
This role requires a product manager who understands the Detection & Response space, applies strategic thinking to everyday product decisions, and ensures execution aligns with product direction.
Annual Compensation Range: The expected salary range for this role is €45,000–€65,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
What You Will Do:
Own the Detection & Response product areas and be accountable for product direction and roadmap execution

Translate customer needs, threat trends, and competitive insights into clear product requirements

Partner closely withresearch,manageservices,engineeringand UX to define features, prioritize work, and deliver releases

Analyze industry trends and competitive offerings to inform product decisions and differentiation

Balance short-term execution with thoughtful input into Detection & Response strategy

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact and product goals

Support product launches and work with internal teams to ensure successful adoption

Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and the market

Skills You'll Need to Have:
3+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity

Hands-on experience with Detection & Response products or services

Strong understanding of attacker techniques, detections, and response workflows

Ability to make clear prioritization tradeoffs and drive alignment across cross-functional teams

Strong communicationskills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-directed and detail-oriented, witha track recordof delivering results in fast-moving environments

Comfortable partnering with UX on design decisions and user research

Proven ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and geographic regions

Able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, andmaintainmomentum through execution

Engineering or Computer Science background preferred
