Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments team, a domain that touches every customer who plays on FanDuel. You'll work closely with engineering and design to bring initiatives from scoping through delivery, while also contributing to the bigger questions of what we build and why — assessing opportunities, shaping priorities, and using data to inform decisions.

The Product Manager ensures successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting. Initiatives will be a mix of back-end and front-end work, with a focus on data driven recommendations, cutting edge technology and ease of use. There is a great opportunity to work across a range of expert teams to achieve your outcomes.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

The Role

Partner with engineering and design to drive execution of product initiatives — from scoping and requirements through launch and iteration

Contribute to product discovery and prioritization, helping assess opportunities and shape the roadmap alongside your team

Build and maintain relationships across engineering, design, data, operations, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and remove blockers

Track product performance and use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it

Develop expertise in the payments domain and stay curious about how our product, customers, and competitive landscape evolve

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ years in a product management or product-adjacent role; prior PM title not required

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform the right decisions

Experience working with engineering and/or design teams, even in a supporting capacity

Naturally resourceful — you ask questions, seek out the right people, and find a path forward even when the answer isn't obvious

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to make sense of data and present your thinking clearly across different audiences

Comfortable managing competing priorities and working through ambiguity

Don’t check all the boxes? That’s okay! We encourage you to still apply if you feel like you possess an adjacent skill set and are interested in learning more about this position

What You Can Expect
