Scope of Work

Design realistic product management scenarios encompassing spec writing, launch reviews, exec updates, and strategy memos.

Develop gold-standard deliverables that exemplify senior PM-level clarity, polish, and executive-readiness.

Evaluate AI-generated outputs for content structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity.

Author detailed rubrics that define the quality bar for PM communications, including leadership-level vs. early-draft distinctions.

Identify and annotate common failure modes in PM deliverables, such as vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, or unclear prioritization.

Partner with the micro1 platform to ensure task designs map to authentic, high-impact PM workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 4 years' experience as a PM with a major tech company (FAANG, Microsoft, or similar scale).

Deep ownership of PRDs, launch documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations.

Mastery of core PM frameworks, including JTBD, opportunity solution trees, or prioritization models.

Exceptional technical writing and native-level written English, adaptable for both technical and executive audiences.

Master's degree preferred, such as an MBA or MS in a relevant technical field.
