Product Launch Video & Photoshoot

I’m rolling out a new product and need a complete visual package captured on-site in Hobe Sound, FL. The assignment covers both motion and stills: short promotional video material and a library of high-resolution photographs that I can use across web, social, and print.

Scope
You’ll spend a half-day on location filming and photographing the product in action, picking up a few lifestyle shots that convey its benefits, plus clean hero images on a simple backdrop. Natural light is plentiful here, yet I’d like you to bring basic lighting to keep the look consistent indoors.

Deliverables
• 1 polished promo video, 60–90 seconds, 4K resolution, color-graded and ready to post
• A cut-down 15 second version for social reels
• Minimum 25 edited photos: a mix of lifestyle, detail, and plain-background hero shots, delivered in both web (compressed) and print (full-resolution) formats
• Raw footage and unedited RAW photos archived and transferred via download link or drive

Acceptance Criteria
Finished pieces match the approved brief, are free of branding watermarks, and use royalty-free music or SFX with proof of license when applicable.

Timeline
Shoot should take place on October 19th or 20th in Hobe Sound; first review cut and photo proofs expected five days after the shoot, final assets within ten days of feedback.
