Product Inventory Spreadsheet Entry

I maintain a spreadsheet-based database that tracks our full product inventory, and it needs to be brought fully up to date. All source information—item codes, descriptions, stock levels, prices and supplier details—will be supplied in scanned documents and PDF exports from our old system. Your task is to transfer that information accurately into the current spreadsheet, preserving the exact field order and formatting already in place.

The work is 100 % data entry; no analysis or formulas are needed, but absolute accuracy is critical because the file syncs directly with our ordering tool. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets shortcuts, data-validation rules and quick duplicate checks will make this go smoothly.

Deliverables (all required):
• Completed inventory spreadsheet with every product line entered and validated
• Highlighted notes for any missing or unclear data points
• A brief changelog summarising edits or structural tweaks you had to make for consistency
