Product Data Entry to Excel

I have a collection of product and inventory records saved as PDF and Word documents. Every item in those files needs to be transferred into a clean, well-organized Excel spreadsheet. The work involves opening each source file, capturing every product field exactly as it appears, and entering it in the corresponding column of the sheet I will provide.

Accuracy is vital—spelling, numbers, and formatting must match the originals so the spreadsheet can be imported directly into our internal system with no corrections. I will supply the PDFs/Word files, the blank Excel template, and brief validation instructions before we start. Once the sheet is complete I will spot-check several entries for consistency; if everything aligns, the project is finished.

Deliverable:
• One fully populated Excel file containing all product and inventory information from the supplied documents, ready for immediate use.
