Product Data Entry Spreadsheet

I need hundreds of product names, their prices, and concise descriptions typed into a clean spreadsheet. The template is already set up in Excel and can be moved to Google Sheets if you prefer; just keep the three columns exactly as labeled and preserve the order I provide.

Every entry must match the source text word for word, prices must keep the currency format I show in the sample row, and descriptions should stay within the character limit noted in the sheet header. No duplicates and no empty cells please.

When you finish, return the completed file along with a quick note on any rows you were unsure about so I can review them quickly. Accuracy is the priority here—speed is welcome but not at the cost of errors.
