Adobe InDesign Furniture Catalog — Template-Based Production

We currently have approximately 38 furniture styles/collections, plus chairs, ottomans, benches, banquettes, and sectional configurations. The overall design direction and page templates will be provided.
Scope of Work
You will:
Build the catalog in Adobe InDesign using approved template/style.
Create approximately 38 collection pages.
Most collections will use a 1-page layout.
Selected flagship collections will use 2-page layouts.
Place supplied sofa, chair, ottoman, chaise, and sectional images.
Enter product dimensions from our supplied information.
Maintain consistent image sizing, spacing, typography, and alignment throughout the catalog.
Create clean sectional/configuration pages for selected collections.
Set up reusable InDesign Parent Pages, Paragraph Styles, Character Styles, and Object Styles.
Keep images properly linked and organized.
Deliver the complete editable InDesign package, including .indd, .idml, linked assets, and fonts used where licensing allows.
Export final print-quality and web-quality PDFs.
Important
I want the catalog to feel high-end, clean, minimal, and luxury furniture focused.
The layout should use large furniture imagery, generous white space, elegant typography, and easy-to-read specifications.

Before assigning the entire catalog, I want to start with 3 collections:
One standard collection
One flagship collection
One collection with multiple sectional configurations
If the test is done correctly, I will assign the remaining catalog.
Requirements
Strong Adobe InDesign experience
Experience with catalogs, lookbooks, furniture, interiors, or product specification sheets preferred
Excellent attention to spacing and alignment
Must provide the fully editable InDesign source files
Must be comfortable following an existing design system rather than redesigning everything
Ability to work efficiently across a large number of similar product pages
