Produce a 15-second Spot with Talking Dog

I am looking for a freelancer to produce a 15-second spot where a dog talks from a still image and script. As part of the selection process, I require freelancers to provide a 3-4 second clip demonstrating their ability to make a dog talk from a still image using the provided script. The final deliverable should be high-quality and meet the requirements for the talking dog effect.
