Private WhatsApp community Job Groups Setup

I need a complete, ready-to-use WhatsApp Community made up of 4–5 separate construction sub-groups where job seekers can join only the specialties that interest them. Before anyone receives a join link, they must supply the following details:

• Job title and experience
• Location and availability
• Expected salary
• Work permit expiry date

Those answers should be stored neatly in a spreadsheet or simple database that I can access anytime. Inside each group, members must not be able to see one another; only I (as admin) should be able to post vacancies and communicate. If the standard group function cannot hide member details, an alternative such as announcement groups, broadcast lists, or a WhatsApp Business API workaround is acceptable—as long as the privacy goal is met.

Deliverables
1. Creation of 4–5 construction-specific WhatsApp sub-groups under one Community (or equivalent structure).
2. Branded pre-join form that captures the four fields above and funnels approved candidates into the correct sub-group automatically.
3. Centralised record (Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar) updating in real time with each new applicant’s data.
4. Admin guide showing how to:
– Add or remove sub-groups
– Review and export candidate data
– Send announcements without exposing member lists
5. Short hand-over call or video walkthrough to ensure I can manage everything myself.
