Private Talent Connector – Brazil
Budget / Salary$30–250
TypeFreelance project

I am looking for a trusted person in Brazil who has a strong personal network and can introduce suitable people for long-term remote work opportunities, preferably with a network in Brasilia, Fortaleza, Natal, Foz do Iguacu, Joao Pessoa, Florianopolis.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. I am looking for someone who understands people well, has broad local connections, and can make thoughtful introductions based on private, customized requirements.
Some of my work is difficult to describe accurately in a public job posting, so discretion and flexibility are very important. I need someone who is comfortable discussing requirements privately, understanding the context, and identifying people who may be a strong fit without relying on public advertising.
Ideal Connector
You may be a good fit if you:
• Have a broad personal network in Brazil
• Know many young professionals through work, friends, universities, remote-work communities, customer support, BPO, virtual-assistant circles, technical support, English-learning communities, or similar environments
• Are comfortable identifying people based on communication ability, personality, reliability, adaptability, and practical skills rather than only résumés or formal credentials
• Understand basic technology and can recognize whether someone is comfortable with software, online tools, and technical concepts
• Have good judgment when assessing whether someone can learn quickly and perform consistently over the long term
• Are discreet and comfortable keeping project and work details private
• Are open-minded and flexible with non-standard or customized requirements
• Prefer making selective introductions from your own network instead of publicly posting opportunities
• Can communicate clearly with me about why you believe a particular person may be suitable
• Are responsive when I need additional talent
I am mainly interested in finding promising junior professionals who may be overlooked by traditional hiring channels, so someone with a conventional HR or recruiting background may not be the best fit for this role.
How the Collaboration Works
Whenever I need additional people for long-term work, I will share the requirements with you privately.
You will:
• Understand the requirement
• Think about people in your own network who may fit
• Contact them privately if appropriate
• Introduce the strongest matches to me
I am not looking for large numbers of résumés. A few carefully selected introductions are much more valuable.
The goal is to identify people who can become reliable long-term collaborators, rather than people interested only in short-term or one-off tasks.
Payment
Payment will be made per successful introduction.
A typical structure is:
• 40% when the introduced person is selected and starts working
• 60% after an agreed evaluation period if the collaboration is successful
The exact fee can vary depending on the difficulty of the requirement.
When Applying
Please briefly explain:
1. What kinds of communities or professional circles you are connected to in Brazil
2. How large and diverse your personal network is
3. Whether you are comfortable making private introductions without publicly advertising opportunities
4. How you normally judge whether someone would be a good long-term fit for an unusual or customized role
5. How quickly you can usually reach suitable people
6. Your expected fee per successful introduction
I am looking for someone I can build a long-term, trust-based working relationship with and contact whenever I need additional people.
