I want a mobile-first website where people can list and discover both residential and commercial properties, with a user experience on par with Magicbricks or 99acres. Owners and agents should be able to sign up with google, upload photos, floor plans, and even 360° videos, while visitors can narrow their search through robust filters—price range, locality, amenities, possession date and more—view results on an interactive map, then step inside each place through virtual property tours.

A key rule for this platform: the moment a listing is confirmed as purchased (or I flag it as such in the admin panel) it must vanish from every live search, category, or recommendation feed, and automatically move to a dedicated “Sold” section. That archive remains visible for reference, but the property will never surface again as available.
