Private E-Prescribing Platform Development

I need a secure, clinician-facing web application that lets authorised prescribers create a digital prescription, apply a legally valid electronic signature, and transmit the order straight to my GPhC-registered pharmacy for tracked-courier fulfilment.

Primary users will be general practitioners and independent prescribers, who need to create an account and have their licence verified before being able to prescribe. The flow should be simple—search or add a patient, create a prescription, sign, and click “send”. Behind the scenes the platform should store an immutable audit trail, maintain patient records, and push the signed prescription to the pharmacy via secure API (FHIR, HL7 or a custom JSON schema—happy to discuss the best fit).
