Prior art search for an EU registered design – washer/dryer tower cabinet (published before 5 November 2019)
I need an experienced design / prior art search specialist for an EU design invalidity case.
Target design: EU Registered Design No. 007188172-0001 (EUIPO, filed 5 November 2019) – a freestanding cabinet ("washing tower") for a washing machine with a dryer stacked on top. Images are publicly available on EUIPO eSearch / DesignView.
Key features:
freestanding cabinet made of thin, flush-joined panels, about 3x as tall as wide
two open compartments of roughly equal height (washer below, dryer above)
between them an intermediate shelf with a narrow pull-out shelf underneath
the pull-out has a rectangular front overhanging downward, with one long horizontal bar handle in the middle
both compartments open at the front, cabinet open at the bottom
Example of the product type (current product, for visual reference only – not prior art):
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0GN34SN19
What I need:
prior designs, products, catalogues, photos or publications showing similar cabinets, published anywhere in the world BEFORE 5 November 2019
priority: stacked washer and dryer in open compartments with a pull-out shelf between them
also useful: similar open washer/dryer towers or frames without the pull-out shelf
Sources: design registers (EUIPO/DesignView, WIPO Global Design Database, USPTO design patents, national registers incl. DE, IT, FR, UK, JP, KR, CN) and non-patent sources (furniture catalogues, especially Italian "lavanderia" and Scandinavian "tvättpelare", Amazon, eBay, IKEA, Houzz, Pinterest, blogs, YouTube, trade magazines).
Deliverable: a PDF report ranking results by similarity. For each result: image, source/URL, verifiable publication date (registration date, Wayback Machine capture, dated catalogue or post) and a short note on matching features, plus saved copies (PDF/screenshots) showing image, date and URL together.
Already found (do not duplicate): Houzz "West End 2018 Parade Home" (Homes of Distinction), Houzz "Fold in Place" (Designstorms), Miele WTV 407 and Bosch WTZ11400 stacking kits.
Timeline: preliminary results within 5–7 days. Please state your experience with design (not only patent) searches, the databases you use, and a fixed price.
