I need a complete CAD drawing pack to accompany a Class MA Prior Approval submission for an existing commercial office. Accuracy is critical because the council will review every line, yet the detail can stay at a “basic layout and dimensions” level—no interior furniture or intricate architectural detailing is required.

The job covers both the current arrangement and the proposed change of use, so I will supply my hand-measured notes, sketches, and any photographs you request. From these, I expect:

• Existing floor plans, proposed floor plans, all primary elevations, and a clean site/block plan, each on its own sheet and ready for printing at 1:100 (plans/elevations) and 1:500 or 1:1250 (site).
• Layered DWG (AutoCAD) files plus matching PDF outputs.
• All drawings aligned to real-world coordinates, north arrow shown, key dimensions and scale bars in place, and a simple drawing title box with the project name, address, date, and revision.

I work in the UK planning system, so if you already understand Class MA conventions and the usual local-authority red/blue line ownership boundaries, that will speed things up. Please outline how quickly you can turn the draft set around once I supply the field notes, and confirm you are happy to make one round of minor tweaks should the planner request them.
