Printed HVAC Duct Tape Sourcing

I need to source fully printed HVAC duct tape that carries our company logo across the entire roll. The tape must deliver high adhesive strength so it can maintain an airtight seal on galvanized steel and flexible ducting without lifting over time.

Scope
• Identify manufacturers or converters capable of producing custom-printed HVAC duct tape in standard 48–50 mm widths.
• Confirm print method (full-surface logo repeat) and colour fidelity against our supplied vector artwork.
• Provide adhesive performance data demonstrating high tack and shear suitable for HVAC applications; temperature and moisture resistance are desirable but not mandatory.
• Submit pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, sample lead time, full production lead time, and available shipping terms to the United States.
• Arrange at least one physical sample roll for evaluation before any production commitment.

Acceptance criteria
1. Technical data sheet explicitly listing adhesive strength (peel and shear).
2. Photo or video proof of the sample roll with our logo correctly printed edge-to-edge.
3. Written quotation covering tooling (if any), unit cost by volume, and delivery timeline.

Please include previous experience with custom tape or industrial packaging materials and note any relevant certifications (UL, ISO, RoHS) the product or plant holds.
