Printed Docs to Word

I’m digitising a collection of printed documents and need them re-keyed into Microsoft Word. The scans are clear, so you’ll be working from legible source PDFs; accuracy is the priority. I only need basic formatting—keep paragraphs together, apply simple headings, and reproduce any obvious bullet points or numbered lists. No need to match the page layout exactly or fuss with complex styles.

You’ll receive the files in batches through a shared drive, and I’d like the finished .docx returned in the same order with consistent file names. Please omit page numbers, headers, or footers unless they contain body text, and watch for line-end hyphens that should be joined.

Deliverables
• One clean, proof-read Word document per source file
• First 20 pages within an agreed timeframe so I can check consistency
• Finalised versions after any feedback is applied
