I have a stack of printed pages that must be retyped from scratch and delivered as a clean, searchable PDF. I’m not looking for a photocopy layout—just clear, standard formatting with consistent headings, paragraphs, and spacing so the text is easy to read and reference.
You’ll need to:
• Transcribe every word accurately, including punctuation and any simple tables that appear.
• Proof-read as you go so the final file is free of typos.
• Use a common font (e.g., Times New Roman or Arial, 11-12 pt) and regular margin settings.
• Export or print to PDF so the document opens perfectly on any device.
Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of the text captured, no omissions.
• Fewer than two typographical errors per 5,000 words.
• Final file delivered as one PDF, under 10 MB, with text selectable/searchable.
If you work in Word, Google Docs, or similar before converting, that’s fine—as long as the PDF meets the above. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions you have about legibility or terminology on the originals.
