Printed Data Entry to Excel

I have fewer than fifty pages of clearly printed documents that need to be transcribed with high accuracy into an Excel spreadsheet. Each field on the page should translate cleanly into its own column so the data can be filtered and analysed later without extra re-formatting.

You will receive high-resolution scans as soon as we start. Please check every value, preserve any capitalisation or punctuation that appears significant, and flag anything that is hard to read so I can verify it before sign-off. Light use of Excel tools—basic formatting, text-to-columns, and data validation—will help keep the file tidy; no macros or advanced scripting is necessary.

Deliverables
• One well-structured .xlsx file containing all entries
• A brief note listing any uncertainties or unreadable sections

A swift, detail-oriented approach is important, and a two-day turnaround would be perfect.
