Printed Customer Data Entry

I have a stack of printed documents containing customer information that needs to be transcribed accurately into a spreadsheet. The pages include names, addresses, phone numbers, and a few numerical identifiers, so attention to detail with both text and numbers is essential.

You may work in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—as long as the final file is clean, consistently formatted, and free of transcription errors. A quick turnaround is important, but accuracy matters more; I will cross-check the finished sheet against the originals before sign-off.

Deliverable: one fully populated spreadsheet ready for import into my CRM, with no blank fields and all data exactly as it appears on the printed pages.
