Printable Multi-Generation Family Tree Template

I would like a clean, easy-to-read family tree that spans several generations so the whole family line is visible at a glance. The final file must be a high-resolution, printable PDF with clear, empty spaces in each box; I would like it filled with names and be able to fill in more online
Each box should contain only three labeled lines: Name, Birth Date, and Death Date. Please keep the layout uncluttered—uniform box sizes, simple connecting lines, and enough white space for handwriting. Landscape orientation on a single A4 or Letter page is ideal, but feel free to suggest another layout if it helps fit more generations without crowding.

Deliverable:
• One ready-to-print PDF family tree covering several generations with fields for Name, and names filed out in many but we can fill in more and Birth Date, and Death Date.

After delivery I will check legibility and spacing and may request minor adjustments if anything looks tight or misaligned. Thanks in advance for helping preserve our family history in a clear, shareable format!
