Print-to-Text Copy Typing

I have a batch of printed documents that I need transcribed word-for-word into clean, plain-text files. No special formatting—just accurate text with the same paragraph breaks that appear on the page.

I will provide high-resolution scans/PDFs of each document. For every original file, return a matching .txt file using the same filename so I can track them easily. Spelling, punctuation, and line order must mirror the source exactly; errors or omissions will require correction.

Deliverable:
• One UTF-8 .txt file for each printed document supplied.
