Primary Bathroom remodel 2D & 3D Plan

I started this with another person and have their DWG FILE with measurements. I need to go in another direction
I’m redesigning a high-end primary bathroom and need clear, construction-ready drawings rather than an intricate interior scheme. The priority is an efficient layout, with a fully enclosed water closet.

Scope
You’ll translate my measurements and previous work from another freelancer
• A scaled 2D floor plan showing walls, plumbing, and clear dimensions.
• A matching 3D view or model so I can visualise flow and sight-lines before we break ground.

Key layout requirements
* THERE ARE SLOPED WALLS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE BATHROOM. SEE ATTACHED PICTURE
• A separate toilet room for privacy.
• A generous shower area
• Two large vanities: one standard and one with seated makeup vanity.
• focus is pure space planning.

Deliver the files in PDF for easy sharing plus the editable source (DWG, SKP or similar). One round of revisions to fine-tune placement and clearances will be plenty. If you can do this in a budget friendly way and turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
