You will analyze market conditions, loan-level data, pricing performance, and competitive intelligence to help determine where we are appropriately priced and where opportunities exist to improve volume and margin. You will make data-driven pricing recommendations, identify margin leakage, build reporting and financial models, and present insights to senior leadership.

This is an opportunity for a highly analytical finance professional who understands mortgage pricing and enjoys turning complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Margin Management

Maintain and analyze the company's margin waterfall from rate sheet pricing through realized execution

Compare target and realized margins across products, channels, brokers, and account executives

Identify sources of margin leakage and recommend pricing, policy, or process improvements

Model the potential margin and volume impact of proposed pricing strategies

Build and maintain pricing and margin dashboards for leadership using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel

Analyze lock volume, pull-through, and fallout by product, pricing tier, and channel

Conduct structured pricing analyses and tests to evaluate volume and margin response

Analyze and report on broker and channel economics, including points, compensation, and volume mix

Broker Pricing & Competitive Intelligence

Partner with Sales and executive leadership to create and maintain broker pricing tiers based on measurable performance
