We're seeking a data-driven Pricing Analyst to help develop and manage pricing strategy across 53 districts during our ERP transformation. This role will focus on building a scalable, multi-site pricing model, managing pricing within NetSuite, and leveraging data from multiple business systems to drive profitable growth and pricing consistency across the organization.
What You'll Do:

Manage and maintain pricing structures in NetSuite

Analyze data from multiple systems to identify pricing opportunities and margin improvement initiatives

Develop enterprise and district-level pricing strategies

Build pricing dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics

Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance leaders to implement data-driven pricing decisions

Support the transition to a unified ERP platform and future-state pricing governance

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics experience

Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems

Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills

Experience supporting multi-site organizations preferred

Travel: ~50% during ERP implementation | Up to 25% post-implementation
